The main goal of this workshop is to update insights into German trade with Eastern Europe, which will cover the areas of micro-and macroeconomics, business administration, political science and law, especially tax law. The main focus is on the new information that businesses in Germany need to engage in trade with Eastern Europe. What are the new customs laws? What are the priority projects that are subsidized or funded by the EU? What are the political changes in Eastern Europe that open new channels of trade with Germany? This workshop provides the fundamental information delivered by leading specialists – professors and business professionals – in the areas of economics, tax law, political science and European studies.
